Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Architecture
o Architect and design Camunda-based workflows, decision tables, and integrations.
o Define technical architecture for Camunda applications, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Process Automation
o Model business processes using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards.
o Implement custom connectors and orchestrate microservices.
• Integration & Development
o Integrate Camunda with external systems (databases, APIs, messaging systems).
o Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot-based services for Camunda workflows.
• Project Leadership
o Conduct requirement analysis, estimation, and technical reviews.
o Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Performance & Optimization
o Monitor and optimize Camunda processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
• Technical Expertise
o Strong experience in Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, and Java (JDK8/17).
o Proficiency in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
o Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience
o 8–10 years in BPM solutions, with at least 4+ years in Camunda architecture.
• Additional Skills
o Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, event-based transactions, and message flows.
o Bonus: Experience in Financial Crime Case Management or Telecom domain.
• Certifications
o Camunda BPM certification is a plus.
